BlueIron Hosts Press Event Exploring Brain Fog and Iron Health

Last week, BlueIron welcomed a group of journalists to a press event focused on the increasingly discussed topic of brain fog.

Hosted by neuroscientist Dr Sabina Brennan and nutritionist Cara Shaw, the event explored how brain fog can affect everyday life, including focus, concentration and mental clarity. Attendees heard expert insights into the factors that may contribute to these experiences and the importance of taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

A key focus of the discussion was the role of iron in supporting normal cognitive function. The session highlighted the importance of maintaining adequate iron intake and recognising the role that iron plays in a number of essential functions within the body, including normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The event generated thoughtful discussion and provided journalists with the opportunity to hear from leading experts on a topic of growing interest.

BlueIron would like to thank Dr Sabina Brennan, Cara Shaw and all those who attended for contributing to such an engaging and informative event. We look forward to continuing conversations that help improve understanding of iron health and its importance for overall wellbeing.
