1. I do a lot of driving a find my back gets very stiff after a long journey


It is very important to look after your back and sitting for long periods of time can be a real problem. Try to manage long journeys so that you do not drive for more than about an hour without a break. Get out of the car and have a walk around even if its only for a few minutes. Try to include some regular gentle exercise every day and visit an osteopath or chiropractor who will be able to offer some specific treatment which should reduce the pain.






2. I often suffer from headaches. My job is very stressful, is there anything you can recommend to help?
